Refund & Return Policy

At ACH International Trading, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent refund and return process.

1. Eligibility for Return

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Used, damaged, or broken seal products will not be eligible for return.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our fault.
